Megemlékezés Neil Smithről

Én még mindig nem tudtam feldolgozni, hogy elhunyt Neil Smith. Már sosem fogok tudni élőben találkozni vele, pedig vele aztán mindenképpen akartam... de ki gondolta volna, hogy ez lesz?

Mindenesetre már kezdenek kibontakozni a megemlékezések. A következő AAG konferenciára már tervezik, hogy az általa kutatott témákban, úgy mint az egyenetlen fejlődés, osztálykérdések, dzsentrifikáció és szuburbanizáció, egy külön emlékszekciót rendeznek. A Pion kiadó pedig Neil Smith előtt tisztelegve ingyenesen elérhetővé tette hét cikkét, hatot az Environment and Planning D-ből és egyet az A-ból.
